Man.. It still this this is brilliant :)

Otto responds:

Well shucks, thanks man!

Some of you best work.

You loose one star for those tail feathers - and more than enough said about that. As others has mentioned the real scoop in this one is that "water-breach" - or perhaps more precisely the contrast or difference in style contra the rest of the pictures. Lineart vs no lines and all that. Great work there buddy :)

J-qb responds:

thanks!

This time for africa!

I dig your newfound passion for large african mamals. This one looks great. The eye looks a bit flat though..

J-qb responds:

Yeah, the eye is a bit big... the problem is that it is supposed to be looking forward, but giraffes have eyes at the sides of their head. Anyways, thanks for the mentioning it, and the compliment!

Master of pixels!

I love those water-hlding thingys in front of the house. Great attention to details, but I think that the middle part of the roof might be a bit tilted, it seems a bit off..

TurkeyOnAStick responds:

You're right, but it's a result of my self-imposed limitation of keeping straight lines regular (5 by 5 by 5, not 5 by 4 by 5 ...)

I'm treating it as a forgivable error.

Awsome..

That dog is hillarious.. I like the text also :D

J-qb responds:

Thanks man

Lucha libre...

I remember this piece from the thread. I think his head is a bit too big compared to the rest of his body, but othervise I really like the piece. And yes the design of the mask is sweet :D too bad that collab never happened..

johnnycancer responds:

Actually I never really thought about it before, but his head is really massive in comparison to the rest of his body. In retrospect, I have no idea why I thought that looked okay at all.

As for the collab, I have no clue what's going on with it. It's officially been a year now since it was started. Last I checked, McJesus had put together a menu and all that was really left to do was put all the art together. I know it was kind of an ambitious project because he wanted the images to be shown to the viewer as if they were parts of various news reports, so it was going to require some voice acting and some creative editing on his part.

I guess somebody should send him a message and see what we need to do to get this thing going again.
